We all have the same 24 hours in the day.

Time is something in our control. Do you find yourself consistently saying that you don’t have enough time? What does that mean exactly? It means that you haven’t put a plan into place to use your time efficiently, and you are choosing not to make the time.

How Do You Spend Your Time in the Morning?

We know that how we start the day has a massive impact on how our day will go. What do you do in the morning? Are you rushed to get dressed and out of the house? Do you find yourself hitting the snooze button for nine more minutes (why is it nine?) like I used to do?

What if we could spend that time in a routined and disciplined way, allowing ourselves to feel more relaxed, at ease, and allowing ourselves time for what we needed to accomplish to start the day on the right foot?
