The Emotional Guidance Scale: Everything You Need To Know

The Emotional Guidance scale developed by Abraham-Hicks is a powerful tool for manifestation and the law of attraction. By becoming aware of how we feel, and subsequently how we are vibrating, we notice where we are and what we are aligning to energetically.

With awareness of our emotions, we allow the freedom of empowerment. We give ourselves the choice in how we respond and react. Awareness allows us the opportunity to pause.

That doesn’t mean that negative emotions are bad and that we should just think positive all the time. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be transferred. If we try to run, hide, suppress or deny our negative emotions, the energy stays in our bodies and eventually leads to dis-ease.

Negative emotions have a purpose. They let us know when something needs our attention. A situation, or a person that is not aligned with our highest good. Unfortunately, negative emotions freeze us into very narrow-minded thinking. And our brain has a tendency to lean towards the negative, and we easily find ourselves in that downward doom spiral.
