We can learn to love our fear, learn into it, and move through it.

The feeling of fear is universal to everyone on the planet. No one is immune to it.

Fear is rampant, all consuming, and compounding.

It’s everywhere, and we all have and feel fear. In creating and dreaming of what we want in our future lives, anxiety (which is fear) can be the biggest roadblock, especially when we try to change. We fear change and go back to what is familiar and comfortable or what our brain knows, even if it is detrimental to our lives.

We all feel fear.

We all worry about being judged. We all worry about not being good enough. So what if we are judged? Remember, when we judge other people, it’s what we don’t like about ourselves?.

If and when people judge us, isn’t it just an excellent mirror for them to improve what they want to change about themselves? Where’s the problem? It’s not about us — they only see themselves.

Living in fear of something happening, rather than it…
