Take a moment to tune in and notice how you’re sitting (or standing) right now. Are you hunched over with your shoulders slumped towards the ground? Are you furrowing your brow or in an uncomfortable seat slumped over your desk?

You can instantly feel more empowered with these 3 simple steps:

  • Ground your feet into the earth.
  • Sit comfortably, but up straight as though a string is pulling your spine up towards the ceiling.
